Ms. Yu's practice has encompassed a wide array of trademarks, patents, unfair competition and other intellectual property legal matters. She mainly focuses on the application of well-known trademarks from enterprise and regional famous trademarks. She has cooperation experience with the leading law firms in United States. She is very familiar with both trademark and patent application in United States and China. In 2005, she successfully and independently handled the "Famous Trademark" application of "Qu Mei Furniture".
Before joining the Kelong LTD, She worked at Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Commerce Administration for supervision and management of intellectual property. During that period, she was in charge of accepting and investigation the well-known brand of trademark infringement cases. She successfully hosted the investigation of well-known trademark infringement cases, like Louis Vuitton, GUCCI, Chanel, Nestle, Maotai and Star.
She was also participating in the identification of the "Well-known trademarks" in Beijing for more than 40 pieces and "Famous" trademark more than 120 pieces.
